Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a normal equipment only when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is delivered for free. With Hepsia you can host unmetered website names in one single user account. This is feasible owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager platform. The other web hosting CP platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered only in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must use TWO autonomous user account logins. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/management functionalities. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no CP option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all offered web hosting CP tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your domains under one single web hosting account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP interfaces do not present such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and this is why they require 2 separate hosting account logins: 1 domain name management/billing/support account and 1 web site administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
Operating System 3 - you will see that the Hepsia web hosting CP supports Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to install it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel interfaces can operate solely with the CentOS Operating System.
